There is only one problem. Biddy has no magical powers! In a desperate race against time, Biddy forms an unlikely alliance with the mischievous trickster Rumpelstiltskin, who promises to help—if she can solve his mysterious riddle. Will they succeed in turning straw into gold or will Biddy be banished to the Deep, Dark, and Scary Forest forever? This captivating twist on a beloved classic is packed with adventure and humor. It’s a must-see, family-friendly experience that will delight audiences of all ages!

New to The REP’s Children’s Theatre?
Our outdoor plays are written and produced with the entire family in mind. Our performances usually run about 45 minutes and captivate everyone from young audiences to parents and grandparents. Our children’s theatre performances are free, non-ticketed events. We advise families to bring blankets and chairs to sit on as seating is not provided. Don’t forget the snacks!

In the event of rain or high winds, we will announce any performance cancellations on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Be sure to follow us on social media for the most up to date information regarding any potential canceled performances.
About The REP’s Programming:
The REP Theatre strives to engage, entertain and inspire people of all ages. We produce innovative theatrical productions and other artistic performances that offer fresh perspectives, educational programs that promote an early and life-long appreciation for the arts, and outreach initiatives that benefit our diverse and growing community. The REP Theatre was founded in 2000 with a commitment to artistic excellence, talent development, creative diversity, and to enhance the lives of our permanent residential population, as well as our many visitors, through the exposure to the living arts. Now celebrating its 25 years, The REP has never stopped broadening its horizons, adding new programming and new venues to better reach its expanding audience base.
Our family-friendly programming is a vital part of The REP’s mission! We believe everyone should have access to the arts and with the help of the communities in the area, we are able to do our part in making that happen. In 2024, we performed over 228 free outdoor events and 72 education outreach events in the area. By supporting The REP and attending our events you are helping to make a difference in our community through the arts.
