Corporate Sponsorships are a great way for businesses to increase their visibility in the community and support the arts at the same time. The REP Theatre gives sponsors premium visibility and brand exposure through media placement and direct marketing, as well as generous ticket and hospitality opportunities for employees and clients.

Because The REP’s events appeal to a discerning and sophisticated audience, a corporate sponsorship is an ideal vehicle to increase presence and awareness of your business to potential customers. However, perhaps the greatest dividend comes from the tremendous amount of public exposure as a good corporate community member supporting one of Northwest Florida’s cultural treasures.

Now celebrating our 17th season, The Repertory Theatre of Seaside (The REP) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in our community, offering the best in professional theatre, innovative education, and community outreach. Total attendance has increased to over 30,000 locals, homeowners, and tourists along the Emerald Coast each year.

The REP is a 501c3 organization as designated by the IRS and as such contributions are tax-deductible to the extent and manner allowed by law. We are willing to adjust any benefits to best suit your philanthropic and marketing objectives.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Season Sponsorship

  • $10,000 per year – Limited to 3 season sponsors per season
  • Your company highlighted as a Season Sponsor on all season collateral, including mainstage season production posters, programs, flyers, etc.
  • Featured inclusion in all of The REP’s press releases and advertisements.
  • Inclusion as a season sponsor on our 4” x 9” cards that are distributed to welcome centers, at Sunshine Shuttle airport Kiosks and vehicles, local businesses, real estate offices and vacation rental companies for inclusion in renter welcome packets.
  • Display on our 2’ by 3’ “sandwich board” that we bring to all of our events including plays at Seaside, Rosemary and Alys Beaches.
  • A special place in our theatre (table, kiosk, display) highlighting any company collateral that you would like to share with our theatre patrons.
  • Your full-page/full-color ad in a premium placement in our programs for one year with over 5,000 programs printed.
  • A linked logo and/or ad featured on our new website at LoveTheRep.com with an average monthly traffic of 3,500 visitors.
  • Regular promotional mention on The REP’s Facebook fan page reaching over 5,000 REP fans.
  • Your company highlighted with URL link as a Season Sponsor in our email newsletters that reach over 4,500 REP patrons per month.
  • Your company thanked and recognized before each and every performance.

Playbill Advertising

Over 5,000 copies of our high quality program booklets are printed each year and distributed to locations throughout South Walton County as well as all of The REP performances, fundraisers and special events. REP rental agency partners also often include our programs along with their check-in packs, giving your company an extraordinary opportunity to reach locals, homeowners and visitors.

We understand that finding your company’s target demographic for advertising is important. Based on our research, The REP’s patron base consists of 44.9% residents with addresses along the Emerald Coast between Miramar Beach and Panama City Beach; their main interests are “Foodie” and American cuisine, music, interior decorating, fashion, cinema, luxury travel, and politics.

When you become a Playbill Program Sponsor, your company’s ad will be in all playbills published for a one year period. You are able to change your ad with each playbill. Three ad sizes are available:

  • $750 for a Quarter Page Ad – 2.625” wide by 4.125” tall
  • $1250 for a Half Page Ad – 5.25” wide by 4.125” tall
  • $1750 for a Full Page Ad – 5.25” wide by 8.25” tall
